out now		talking: Design without Designers, looks at how some non-designers who have appropriated design have a more robust understanding of it than many designers do themselves. The talk, delivered most recently at Parsons the New School for Design, inspired Bruce Nussbaum's Businessweek blog post: "Is Design Too Important to be left to Designers?". Nussbaum and Tim Marshall, Provost of the New School, were respondents. It was originally a keynote for the University of Brighton's 150th anniversary of Art and Design.
		design: Schimpfwörterbuch zu der von Karl Kraus 1899 bis 1936 herausgegebenen Zeitschrift Die Fackel "Fackellex 2" is the follow-up to "Fackellex 1", the Fackel Wörterbuch: Redensarten, which won the "Most Beautiful Book in the World" award at the Leipzig book fair. Fackellex 2 is a dictionary of dirty words and insults in Die Fackel, designed in collaboration with Literary Scientists at the Austrian Academy of Sciences. The set of three books are interconnected and linked to the Austrian Academy Corpus. Fackellex 2 has just been accepted into the AIGA's 50 Books/50 Covers.
